These quality constructed barrels with a low, gentle entry abv still have loads of classic American oak flavour and many years to give for their next maturation. This is a rare opportunity to purchase these unique and still fresh Australian whiskey barrels. Available as a 200L barrel.

American oak from Missouri. (stamped MO) Char #3 and 24-month seasoned staves with galvanized hoops. Used for 2 years for maturation of Whipper Snapper Distillery Upshot whiskey made using 100% West Australian Grains: 80% corn, 10% malt, 10% wheat. Upshot whiskey is Whipper Snapper Distillery modern Aussie expression of a well-rounded bourbon great for the novice whisky drinker to the discerning. Uniquely smooth and inviting, and artfully aged in virgin southern white oak in our urban Mediterranean climate. (bourbon style). One use only.

These barrels have spent their later part of their life housing premium independent Aussie Whiskey.  Their logos will be shaved from the barrels prior to shipping and under no circumstances are customers allowed to leverage or use the former distillers names in the marketing of their own beverages should you be a commercial brewer or distiller who is keen to use these barrels for commercial spirits or beer.  By all means you are allowed store your beer or spirit in these barrels and give them another generous life and your allowed to market the story of your product but you are NOT ALLOWED to mention any brand(s) that formerly housed amazing wine or spirit in these wonderful barrels.
